The stars are silent tonight
Watching us with eerie light
As we slip through time and space
Looking for a sacred place
To release our satellite
Suddenly, we had a plight
For our ship wasn’t airtight
We met the universe with grace
The stars are silent
Now we’re floating like a kite
Through this universe of spite
I hope that they won’t erase
The memory of our race
The stars are silent
