Winter winds a wonder
Bring a snowflake on its wing
To hit the ground
Without a sound
And end its life's short fling
Kisses from your icy lips
Fall like delicate snowflakes
To soothe my feverish heart
And remind me how fleeting
The lives of man can be
Snowflakes fall upon the ground
Covering the world in white
As they land without a sound
Snowflakes fall upon the ground
In large flakes sure to astound
Anyone within their sight
Snowflakes fall upon the ground
Covering the world in white
