Standing at society’s chopping block
Waiting for the next condemned heads to roll
Without receiving a proper trial
Because there is no time for facts and truths
When the minds of the people are made up
And you find yourself on the losing side
Then, the razor-sharp ax of the headsman
Mercifully carries out the sentence
Chopping your dreams to better fit the mold
Crafted from decades of misdirection
